چکیده
Objective Having physical activity and proper nutrition are very important for preventing Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). The present study aims to investigate the effect of eight weeks high-intensity interval training (HIIT) along with purslane (Portulaca Oleracea) supplementation on lipid profile rats NAFLD Methods In this experimental study, 25 male Wistar randomly divided into five groups: healthy control, supplement, HIIT, HIIT + supplement. To induce NAFLD, received a high-fat diet 12 weeks. was performed weeks, sessions per week. Plasma levels High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Low-Density (LDL), Triglyceride (TG) Total Cholesterol (TC) were measured. One-way ANOVA Tukey’s post-hoc test used analyze data. Results level TG in supplement group significantly lower than control (P=0.035). TC (P=0.013) +supplement (P=0.001) groups group. HDL higher compared (P=0.021), (P=0.001), (P=0.006) (P=0.018) groups. LDL (P=0.01), Conclusion It seems that combined can have better alone; therefore, method be as complementary therapy people NAFLD.
